Lenders included the California Department of Housing & Community Development, Los Angeles Housing Department (presently Housing & Community Investment Department), Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Los Angeles, U.S. Bank, Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco, and Western Financial Bank’s Affordable Housing Program (AHP).
