New Economics for Women is committed to bringing this beautiful and comprehensive affordable housing development to the community of Highland Park. This development is in the predevelopment and planning stages with our partners, McCormack Baron Salazar and the Los Angeles Metropolitan Transportation Authority. It is designed to help serve as a housing anchor for the METRO Gold Line Avenue 57 Station. We plan to build 60 affordable one- to three- bedroom apartment units with residential and significant community and METRO parking.
