New Academy Canoga Park

NEW Construction in 2017!

Over 10 years ago, New Economics for Women (NEW) established the award-winning Tierra Del Sol development in San Fernando Valley’s Canoga Park. It includes 119 units of affordable housing, the Dennis P. Zine Community Center (which houses NEW’s Canoga Park FamilySource Center), and NEW Academy Canoga Park, and a public charter elementary school recognized for the high academic performance of its students.

Now, we have the pleasure of revealing our 2nd phase of investment into the community of Canoga Park. NEW’s Small Lots Development Project will break ground this March! Canoga Park features 3 bedroom/2 bathroom homes with open floor plans, attached 2-car garages, large windows, energy efficient appliances, and several other innovative features. And to top it off, our award-winning homeownership team is offering free homebuyer education and counseling to all prospective buyers.

Want to know how to get into one these great homes? Take a look at our Real Estate portfolio.
