The Program Assistant will serve as the support liaison in business consulting, training, and counseling for women entrepreneurs to help them to overcome challenges in starting, growing, and sustaining their businesses. As an ambassador for the organization, this person is also responsible for actively supporting the overall mission and vision of NEW.

Interviews clients/prospective clients to identify the status of their eligibility for participation in the FamilySource Program. Extracts detailed qualitative data, creating excellent case notes for every individual and/or family. Assesses applicant’s needs and determines the services to which they should be referred. Ensures the complete and accurate compilation of new and rollover files and submits referrals.

Under the direct supervision of the Executive Director, the Senior Project Manager performs a range of duties managing the development and construction process. Serves as a contact person for all entities involved in the development and construction of projects. Performs feasibility analysis; secures all necessary development approvals, prepares documents and plans, and project financing applications.

The Senior Accountant assists with financial planning and budgeting processes, analyzing financial statements and reports, developing financial models, preparing projections, and performing research and analysis as may be required by leadership. As accounting manager, you will also be responsible for maintaining accuracy and integrity of financial records and assisting with monthly closing processes. As an ambassador for the organization, this person is also responsible for actively supporting the overall mission and vision of NEW.

Under the direct supervision of the Controller, the Accountant will perform various professional accounting duties including, maintenance and analysis of accounting records, preparation of accounting schedules, reports and financial statements.
